SHIPPING

Orders are shipped worldwide via »Pošta Slovenije«. We will ship the products within 7 business days. Make sure you write the correct address.
NOTE: Delivery is usually made in 2-4 weeks, but can take as long as 6 weeks in some cases. If you don’t receive the item within 6 weeks, write an e-mail to burger@mail.ljudmila.org.

The shipping and handling cost depends on your order. You can calculate the exact cost of an order including the shipping and handling charge using the checkout process.
NOTE: At the start of 2023 »Pošta Slovenije« raised prices of international shipping. Sorry! 🙁

RETURN POLICY

We dearly hope you will be satisfied with the items you ordered but if for any reason you should not be pleased with your order please send us an e-mail to burger@mail.ljudmila.org.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Returned postage must be paid by customer.
