Stripburger magazine at the OHOHO comic book and street art festival in Zagreb

OHOHO festival is a comic book and street art festival realized via diverse residencies, productions, exhibitions and presentations, meant to connect younger and established artists creating in the domain of underground and DIY art. The festival focal point is independent comic book art in its relation towards street art, while the main festival educations, productions and distributions are aimed primarily towards younger artists active in the media of poster design, etching, illustration. The festival provides the general audience with an opportunity of an insight into the diversity of contemporary murals and comics, as well as free education in their domain.

The festival is organized by AKC Attack, a non-partisan, non-profit, non-governmental citizen association active in non-institutional and youth culture.

Stripburger crew will attend the small publishers’ book fair. David Krančan is going to present the case of our magazine and the path we’ve taken in three decades of comics artistry, publication and co-creation of the alternative comics scene home and abroad, while the Slovenian comics artists and musician Martin Ramoveš will give a solo concert.
